This 1976 Porsche 912 E that rolled off the assembly line in December of 1975 is in the house for a “refresheration”.  The 912E was reintroduced into the US market after a six year absence as a more affordable option than it’s predecessor, the 911.  During the gas crisis of the time, the 912E was slated to get almost 30 miles to the gallon.  Only over 2000 were manufactured that year.
